What's Mine and Yours by Naima Coster

BOOK 43 OF 2021

RATING: 4/5

I spent last weekend with Coster’s characters. What beautifully developed, complicated, and messy characters. Her novel explores legacy, identity, family and how race can affect relationships.

I don’t even know where to start describing the plot without giving anything away, but if you like a reading multi-generational family dramas, this is a must read. It is gripping, the characters are beautifully crafted, and it’s a great choice for those who like a character driven book but with enough plot to keep you guessing.
