Book Review: Forever Wild by K.A. Tucker
Book: 175
Rating: 5/5
What a great book to kick off December (and the start of what will hopefully be many holiday reads)! Forever Wild is a novella, and a follow up to The Simple Wild and Wild at Heart. I think it's safe to say this one is my favourite of the trio. What could be better than a snowy Christmas in Alaska?
Recently engaged Calla and Jonah have both of their families joining them for the Christmas holidays: equal parts stressful and exciting. With the pressure of a wedding from both of their moms, will they get married sooner rather than later?
One of my favourite aspects in the first book was the relationship between Calla and her step-dad, Simon. We didn't get to see much of Simon in Wild at Heart, so I was THRILLED when he was more prominent in this one. Also, at one point in the book he's described as Hugh Grant-esque and I haven't been able to stop picturing him as Hugh Grant.
This was a perfect way to wrap up the series, and a wonderful surprise to see that Marie (Jonah's ex) will be getting her own spin off book. You definitely need to read the first two books to appreciate this book, so get to it!
